TERMS OF SERVICE.

Booking and Payment
Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your session.
No refunds are issued under any circumstances. If you are unable to attend your scheduled session, the payment will be credited, and you may reschedule within a 6-month period from the original booking date.

Rescheduling Policy
Each session is allowed a maximum of two (2) reschedules within the 6-month timeframe.
Any additional reschedules will require a new booking and payment.

Refund Policy
No refunds are issued for any sessions, rentals, or services.

Session Timing
A grace period of 15 minutes is allowed for late arrivals. Sessions will end at the originally scheduled time to avoid delays for subsequent clients.
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, the session may be rescheduled subject to Tonya Alexis Studios' discretion and standard fees.

Session Guidelines
Only individuals participating in the session are allowed in the studio.
For child sessions, a maximum of two (2) adults may accompany the child/children.

Delivery and Editing Timeline
A Client Gallery will be sent within 24 hours after the session.
Clients must select their preferred images for editing. The 7-day editing timeframe begins the day after selections are submitted.
If additional images are selected, all editing work will be on hold until full payment for these selections is received.

Rush Service
Rush service is available with a turnaround time of 24–36 hours for an additional fee.

Retouching and Editing
Tonya Alexis Studios retains creative control over the retouching process to ensure the highest quality.
Images are retouched based on the client’s instructions within the available editing options.
Each image is subject to one (1) re-edit per client request. Additional adjustments may incur extra fees.

Prints
Prints are only available in selected photo packages.
Orders for prints must be paid for at the time of booking or when placing the order. Delivery timelines for prints will be provided at the time of purchase.

Copyright and Usage
All images remain the sole property of Tonya Alexis Studios.
Clients may purchase full rights to their images for an additional fee. This fee includes removal of the watermark and access to unedited JPEG files.
Tonya Alexis Studios yet still reserves the right to use images for marketing, advertising, exhibitions, and other business purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Model Release
By booking with Tonya Alexis Studios, you agree to grant permission for the studio to use images from your session for marketing and advertising purposes, including social media, exhibitions, editorial use, and publications.

Storage
Once you have selected your favorite images, all excess files will be permanently removed from the studio’s database in 30 days.

Studio Rental
Full payment is required before the scheduled rental date.
No refunds are provided for cancellations.
Rental includes access to available backgrounds only. Lighting and other equipment are not included, but are available for an additional fee.

Liability
Tonya Alexis Studios is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur on the property during your session.

Additional Terms
Tonya Alexis Studios reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes prior to their session.
